Let AI assist the draft; keep a person responsible

Cadensy is exploring AI-assisted preparation. No AI message generation or review capability is represented here as live.

Three ways a writing assistant could help

A future workflow might insert approved fields into a reviewed template, draft a short passage from confirmed context, or prepare a subject and body for a person to edit. These options have different risk: a template can still contain stale values; a generated passage can overstate a fact; a complete draft can sound confident while being wrong.

Grounding and review

Provide only information the sender is permitted to use and can verify. Avoid inferring personal traits or inventing a pain point from sparse data. Before any message is sent, check the recipient, company name, role, links, signature and empty placeholders. Keep a record of the final approved text if the workflow later supports sending.

AI is fallible and may reproduce errors. Cadensy’s AI assistance is a planned direction; availability, providers and data handling have not been announced.
