Email follow-up organized around the relationship
Cadensy is being shaped to coordinate relevant messages, replies and stopping rules across the contact lifecycle. These capabilities are planned and are not presented as available today.
A connected workflow
A relationship program needs more than a send button. The intended product connects contact records, a clear purpose, timing rules, message review and the response that follows. A campaign, a sales conversation and a product reminder can have different permissions and expectations, so they should not be collapsed into one list.
Planned areas
- Contacts: manual entry, spreadsheet import, field mapping, duplicate review, lists and tags.
- Sequences: timed steps, entry and exit conditions, sending windows and conflict checks.
- Messages: approved copy, confirmed personalization fields and a review trail.
- Replies: a conversation history, pause rules and routing to a responsible person.
- Lifecycle: welcome, first-access, inactivity and replenishment scenarios when the source system supplies the event data.
Availability and safeguards
These are product direction, not a promise that the described modules, integrations, AI review or email delivery are live. Cadensy does not claim inbox placement or identity verification from a score. Consent, unsubscribe and invalid-address rules must override any campaign score.
